決済をする側に立って仕事をしていると、
「社長に認められる」とか「社長から決済をもらう」とか、
私を説得することを目標にしてすごく頑張ってくる

人がいて困惑することがあります。

決済者（私）→顧客（ユーザー）

決裁者は顧客を向いて、利便性や楽しさを考えて

決めようと考えているのに、

発案者（社員）→決裁者（私）

発案者が決裁者を向いて、その説得に重点をおいて

いるとすれば、
そもそも同じ仕事をしているのに、方向がずれてます。

ずれている人は自分でも（いまいちな企画だな、）

と感じていても、私を説得することを目的としているので

何とか企画案を通そうと説得してきます。
その対応は結構疲れるものです。
